USR supports engineers, designers, and purchasing teams on quick turn small quantity orders for complex CNC machined parts from 1 part to 100s.
USR quotes next day and can deliver parts as fast as 5 days. Parts are made to your critical tolerances and surface finishes. (+-.005 standard).
CNC Machining
We provide rapid quotes and short lead times on CNC machined parts. We are comfortable with tight tolerances, complex geometries and exotic materials. Our focus is low to medium volume part production for applications where the part has to be right and the promised delivery date has to be met.

How Fast:
USR can deliver parts as soon as 5 days for expedited orders (without outside processing). Standard deliveries are within 20 days. USR’s makes parts to the specifications indicated in the PDF and CAD files to achieve critical dimensions and tolerances.
Quality:
USR’s Quality Management System is AS9100 approved and has approvals with Lockheed (Preferred supplier), Boeing, Honeywell (Preferred supplier), Raytheon, and others. USR works with strategically committed partners to deliver scalable capacity in a timely manner. All parts are inspected at the USR facility. C of C, test reports, and FAI are available upon request. (ITAR work supported).
